Xathrid Gorgon MTG by chasestone Xathrid Gorgon MTG by chasestone
This was for Magic's M13 core set, I love that its a Gorgon that can actually "petrify" other creatures. Looking back on this one I feel like i should have done one or two things differently, but it was a good learning experience.

"hello? am i speaking to the National Statuary Factory of Greece?"
"yes, you are. how can i help you?"
"i'd like to have a request. a very rich actor is currently building a classic-themed villa. that includes, of course statues."
"yes, go on?"
"i'd like to make a request"
"you can make all the requests you want, of course. how many wil be?"
"a total of six."
"very well. could you please send me six models?"
"im sorry, i dont think i understood. are you saying you need models?"
"indeed."
"why? nowadays nobody uses them, except for study"
"well... nowadays nobody does statues as vivid as we do."
