One of my M14 cards. Went a little overboard with the reference on this one; covered a cheap rug with plaster so I could simulate the rippling ground effect. It wasn't completely necessary but it was fun

Super cool. Love the in-studio experiment you described with the rug too. There's some amazing economic choices in this piece from the way you set up the landscape to the use of red, stellar stuff. Great work.

I once carefully drew a hamster using nine or ten different pictures of various rodents as references just so I could get the musculature down. You're in good company.
